As before, my bottle is safe and well packaged, no worries of receiving a damaged bottle and outer box, you will find it a very good whisky site. Also comes with a free sample...thanks Pierre is always a pleasure to communicate with!

I ordered two bottles of whisky. We had a small problem with shipping, but Pierre was very helpful and got it straightened out. The bottles arrived in good condition.

Parcel delayed due to the pandemic and Russia Ukraine war, finally reached Taiwan 10 days later than expected. The packing is in good condition. Will look for more fine and rare whiskies from you in the future.

After I had created the order and paid for the bottles, I had some concerns around customs (US state laws are a mess). Since this was the first time I was buying from Pierre, you can imagine I was a bit nervous. Pierre was very responsive and worked with me to get it delivered to an alternate address. The bottles that were packed extremely well. Will happily buy again.

I received the bottle today. The package is perfect. Thanks. But, DHL parcel is too slow. Of course it's not your fault, so I suggest another delivery options: DHL express or UPS express. I need those options.
